Lipman’s is under the supervision of Rochester Kosher Services and Buffalo Vaad Kashrut (BVK). Supervising rabbis are: Rabbi Avi Kilimnick and all rabbis associated with the BVK. All meat is Glatt Kosher, soaked and salted within 72 hours of Shechita, under the supervision of the OU or the Star K. All deli products are also Glatt Kosher.
